CCFAA BIRTHDAYS, FLYERS AND BTW SUBMISSIONS

There seems to be a lot of confusion about sending in birthdays to be put in the By The Way. The cutoff date for birthdays and any other group news is the Friday before the Delegates Meeting. The date changes every month so you can’t use a date, you have to use the Friday before the Delegates meeting. If Central Office doesn’t receive the birthdays before 5pm on that Friday, the birthdays will be listed in the following month’s By The Way. Flyers for mailing have to be received in Central Office by 5pm the 10th of each month: if the 10th of the month is on a Saturday or Sunday, the flyers must be here by the following Monday. If your group has any questions they can call central office for clarification.
