Open Enrollment is from January 15, 2025 to March 31, 2025.

Starting January 15, 2025, we will begin open enrollment for group insurance. All groups in need of insurance must fill out an application and submit payment by March 31, 2025, regardless of previous insurance status.
To apply for insurance please see the following information below.
- An application needs to be filled out, and payment must be sent in.
- If you had insurance in 2024, you must still fill out an application and pay the annual fee.
- You can mail, email, or bring in your application with payment.
