Open Enrollment for Group Insurance each year is January 15th-March 31st. This year we have extended this period to accommodate groups and fellowships that are in need of liability insurance due to reopening late in the year and now requesting insurance. It’s important to note, the company that provides insurance for CCFAA meetings has indicated that our policy covers only the meeting space listed on our schedules and DOES NOT cover the Coronavirus. Groups must be prepared to handle liability for any claims that arise as a result of the Coronavirus or lack of compliance with standing public health guidelines.

To apply for insurance please see the following information below.

  1. An application needs to be filled out and sent in. (Find under “Resources” tab on the homepage of website)
  2. No prorated rate, fees are for the 2021 policy year (Insurance coverage will run until February 2022 regardless of when you apply) 2021 Insurance Pricing
  3. If you had insurance in 2020, you must still fill out an application and pay the annual fee.
  4. You can mail, email, or bring in your application and payment to the Central Office.
